It's not the environment that strikes me most but the dull shine in her eyes. doesn't seem to fully come from the direction of the lightsource too.
Yeah, i haven't noticed before but it's true, the lighting is just from the HDRI, no extra lights.

Add a little spotlight shining in her eyes to add a little more life in them.
She's really pretty and needs a bit of sparkle in her eyes.

I think you may have a hair cap poking through - morph or scale the hair a bit and it should clear that up.
could be, but I think ther are other areas in the face that have problems. Left to the nose and on the sam side a little down near to the hair. It does not look like shade.

I just know I've dealt with black lines on the forehead quite a few times, and it was always something with the hair - usually the cap poking through or not fitting right and causing issues.
