I think you may have a hair cap poking through - morph or scale the hair a bit and it should clear that up.

could be, but I think ther are other areas in the face that have problems. Left to the nose and on the sam side a little down near to the hair. It does not look like shade.

I just know I've dealt with black lines on the forehead quite a few times, and it was always something with the hair - usually the cap poking through or not fitting right and causing issues.

easiest way is to change your Viewport into "Smooth Shaded" then you should see the haircap and can easily correct it

I think the second is MUCH better... but perhaps add a very subtle key light coming from the front right to slightly bring out face details a bit?
