Both seem good to me for various reasons I may be unable to put into words, but leaning more towards the second.
I am not a fan of the pose for the legs though, looks uncomfortable imo.

very fast, daz with filament 1 fr per sec in jpg 1920x1080,
then i assemble the jpg in a webm loop whit my python script,
after put all the loop clip in shotcut in my project per cartoon, render in 1 minute.

The first is more natural then the 2nd though neither is real natural im pretty sure the 2nd would be not liked by most in a blind test.
The only times you see such a skin reaction is for Gosebumps and that looks slightly different.
As such what you see is just a Artifact skin detail never falls like this in our eyes creases are never this sharp neither for our Eyes nor a Artificial Lens, though capturing SSS with a Artificial System is hard many Smartphones todays try to simulate it.
You ever looked someone in the Face and saw it or you see it on any Photos except maybe they get extremely noisy to low light ?
You might percept it as Detail and that's why you like it but it's sharpness is created by artifacts it shouldn't be visible if the SSS is correct.
creases also look different in macro space when they being tried to cover up with makeup you need to be very close for the illusion to fall apart tough, best example many of those K-Pop dolls they look super on your TVs all of them Super Young as they never age but meet them unmakeuped and up close and see what for a magic is being done with your brain and perception or rather manipulation of your perception, K-Pop is the heaviest beauty manipulation you ever gonna see (percept).
Or watch some Interviews where they get up close to them and the makeup cant hold it anymore
I would say it even took the 1st Place from Porn even Photoshop Igor, though he can be also sometimes crazy aggressive and the times with Machine Learning will be even more weired then ever when Photoshop Igors manipulations start to look like Kids Play and your pereception of reality totally falls apart and out of sync and reality starts to become ART every second for your Brain

Trying to make a genuinely young attractive(at least to me haha) male character that doesn't give a dickhead vibe or a douche, and looks friendly enough.
I don't know why, but for me most of the young male characters in Daz3D tend to look either like creeps or assholes LOL
