Good contrast of Skill and Failure side by side you should have keept the original luminance and not overexpose like this

Don't cut the top off your figures head.
Bring the camera back and frame the whole figure.

Or re-frame it to a full length portrait, the kitchen is nice, but we don't need to see so much of it. Also, look at adding a better leg pose, something with her feet together, & a sleight bent leg, & a semi-tip toe foot pose. You could also look at smaller light sources, rather than the rather flat lighting you've used.
