I'm aware of the weird toes. That happened when I converted the outfit from Genesis3 to Genesis8 and I don't know how to fix it.

try going into pose controls/feet and change 'left toes spread' and 'right toes spread' from -50% to 50%

Very nice skin texture. You need to fix those dark eyes though. There's youtube tutorials covering that issue. The problem, from what I have learned, has to do with the distance from t he camera being too far away, and also if you go to your rendering settings, under optimization, you should set it to "speed" if I remember correctly and that should help.
