Really not that bad for a 6 hour render. A little noise in some spots, but over all not to distracting. I think that if you set your settings from 4 iterations to 6 or maybe even 8 it would have been a little less noise. Just a thught...
1 iteration was all my passive cooled Radeon could do before overheating. I figure Why work against the white pixels when you can work with them, and it turned out great with whole background turned into white noise.
