maybe I can answer that as I noticed, many asset's skin textures "glossy" settings use a light blue tint

It looks like a Geoshell for breasts or tanlines perhaps. Iirc, if you don't correct the tint to the SSS reflectance and the translucency, the Geoshell will take on a darker tone.
