Hi,

There's some poke through in the bottom part of the dress. Adding a smoothing modifier to the dress, if none is present, could fix it. Another possible solution would be to play around with the dress' morphs. Or carefully fixing the poke through with Mesh Grabber if you have it... Or just fixing it in post-work.

Also, those harsh shadows on her face are not really flattering. You could illuminate her face from the other side. Or you could make those shadows softer by using mesh lighting or using larger geometry in the case you are already using mesh lights.

Hello,

Some DOF to blur the background to some extent would have been a nice addition, with the model being in the foreground.

1- I did two render without moving the character one was good without and clipping in the dress so i wonder why this happen i will try and smooth her
2- Yep the shadows on her face seems hard really i will try and fix it.

Maybe it was not your intention but it looks flat, almost 2D. Would be perfect if you add conour or similar effect in PS/Gimp. Linerender would be great as well.(y)
I think it would be much more interesting then common renders in this thread.
I didnt see that way , because i didn't even use PS or similar programs in my life , usually the outline shows but i think maybe because of the hard lighting i did put it somehow make it disappear.
I might try and learn PS to do post work improvements for my renders thanks.

Linerender is Daz render script. It is 3dl but result are only contours. Unfortunatelly it must be compiled in Gimp/PS but very easy.

Hi every one,

Here is my very first render, I still have difficulties with lighting and I had to screw around with the skin tone. I then posed the characters in from the sides and changed the colors of her clothes in a third render. Wanted to test really bright colors. Turned out alright, but I still welcome criticisms/advices. I particularly need advice with lighting, there's a scene I'm trying to light in an indoors setting and it's as dark as the inside of my bum however much lights I put in the scene. Actually, it looks VERY oversaturated when my viewport is set to Texture Shaded and when I turn on Iray Rendering it's like the bums in the scene didn't pay their electrical bill. Anyway, here goes:

Indoor lighting in Daz could be difficult for the first sighst. But there are some good tutorial you can watch to make life easier with Daz lighting and understand how light works in Daz.

To understand how to bring indoor light in Daz watch these tutorials
