Collisions in Daz are tough. I think the easiest way is using Breastacular, then sculpting morphs when/where you need them in Blender. BT gives you more polys to work with over the base Genesis mesh, and is more posable, on top of having its own collisions (which can be useful sometimes.) Next best is sculpting your own HD morphs, which is a little more involved, but possible now.

Creating morphs is difficult even to hear at my level, and even more difficult to do
I used BT and HDN 2.0. For now I like HDN 2.0 more.
Blender is on my next step, but for now I have a lot to learn in DAZ

I assume I'm gonna sound weird as fuck for saying this. But honestly, with all those interesting lighting setups, had you not mentioned it, I would not have paid any attention to the breast collision.
