Yeah, its even worse if you zoom in. Here's some advice.. you can change the outline color... so I usually change it to a darker color of whatever it's outlining... red hair? make the outlines dark red.. looks much better in the long run in my opinion.

Is this style good enough to make a game around?
I like it very much as a draft. I do not know how do you want resolve randering of shadow/ambient. Now it looks nice but when you add floor (or furniture) some shadows are important. I like iray shadows on invisible ground.
Moreover I do not like renders where clothes are weird deformed by giant boobs, boobs gravity works against earth gravity, thigh bends do not affect butt (butt is either gravity proof) and clothes poke through body or bacground prop and the worse close up of GoldenPalace on G8F. It looks terrible when legs are bend and are useful only with standing figures. As you see I do not like most of renders shown in this thread
. Your style is good, I like it, then probably you should not use it in game. If I like something most people ignore it. Summertime saga is my fav game (most because of graphic) but most I see a lot of opinion that it is ugly. (anyway summertime saga has one of the biggest fanart thread)
BTW I checked fila shaders, found it nice but not played with it any more because it is not flexible. I prefere Iray with semi outline created by Glossy Layered Weight. Specular skin is created by Dual Lobe Specular Weight and black/dark GLW make ambient outline.
First pict is dual lobe only, below is black GLW 100% and black GLW and top coat 100%.
If you want create game you will be the person who spend most time watching your renders. Most important is if you like it not other people. If you render enough of tits and pussies nobody care about style.
