Maybe make the nipples smaller in diameter and extend the areola about 15%, overall great job If you can add some overlay skin detail to make her MAT pop more it will also allow a more realism look to her material as well.

You're welcome and I use skin builder 8's overlay tab and if you scroll the bar to the left you can find a skin details it also allows you to adjust the color so it can better match the skin you already use. Works great to for what I suggested.
