Maybe make the nipples smaller in diameter and extend the areola about 15%, overall great job If you can add some overlay skin detail to make her MAT pop more it will also allow a more realism look to her material as well.

Thanks for your feedback, I'll look into it. Now that you mention it, her skin does look a bit too smooth.
