So I was tweaking a character and soon started to realize she was beginning to look like a late childhood friend. May she rest in peace.

I wanted her to have the glasses in two positions, so that I could just toggle between them, but even after cloning them, they look so different, I find that frustrating... I assume it is the lighting or something, but still, it is odd...

It is the light reflecting and refracting off the top position. That's too bad, I liked how they were reflecting, now only the frames are the color I wanted the lenses to be. Wish the glasses (hair and other accessories) had a skin I could edit/recolor like the rest of the clothing.

People pretty much hated my original version of Mandy. So she got a major overhaul. This is Mandy II.
It's from the Helix bundle. Geometry wise it is pretty simple, however the array of textures that come with it are staggering.i like her
btw what is that clothing she has on her?

First time using Daz3D, still a lot of things I don't know how to use. But this is my first attempt.
looks good. only advice I can give you is play with Daz a lot. find your style. Skin Builder is a great resource to make custom character and so is UHT (Universal Hair Textures)
sometimes you need to update certain characters you made. Here are two characters from a book I wrote. Aurora and Kwamjai.
