Maybe need to check the quality of things being rendered in relation to what your camera is focused on... I myself have had success just backing up my entire db and reinstalling Daz from scratch however that's not for everyone and I haven't done that for some time. It's a mix of scene complexity and wrestling with how the app works. At least you are using NVIDIA, an rtx card won't do much if for example a scene is still complex, something the official Daz forum normies are gonna have fun with in the coming months, end of the day the program will benefit from more traditional rendering performance.

I have a 1080ti also

I hear you. But the thing is that I never had an issue like this before, I'm very careful about the clutter/resources I use in terms of quality prioritization, I make sure to lower the mesh count in distant/insignificant objects, scan the whole project for non-Iray items and convert them when found, remove hidden/non-visible objects... etc. I have a scene that I did some days ago with literally 14 genesis 8 figures with no problems (yes, it's a gangbang scene :ROFLMAO:) , but after the issue I had yesterday I was kinda bummed down, now some scenes render, some don't.. it's literally torturing my mild OCD, lol.

I tried backing up and resetting my library before, not a fun experience and definitely not looking to doing that unless I'm 1000% out of options to try .

I agree though, Hopefully people over at Daz can better optimize the program, but the issue here is that it's a gamble when it comes to every driver update, we just end up praying it won't break anything.

2 hour render. Feels like I was waiting for photos to develop at the Photo Hut down near any strip mall in 1980-1999 View attachment 372222
may i ask what graphics card you have got sir?
i tried so many time to render but it takes to long and my card freaks out. i have a geforce 750 ti.
i wonder how long other cards need for results like in that picture above

Wouldn't be a fair estimate. I canceled it at 2 hours. somewhere around 595 iterations looked good enough,
Nvidia Geforce GT 440 Though I suspect my CPU is doing most of the heavy lifting even though I have it set only to GT 440
CPU in an i7 3.60

Amazing ! i freaking love it! May i ask how u managed to make the stomach to look like this ? (dm good for me)
There are several ways:
1) Simple. First render unchanged. Next, change the skin Shader to glass/liquid and make a second render. Forth're using photoshop, layers.

2) Difficult. Remove Translucently weight from skin parameters (you will need to reconfigure the skin). Create a transparency map and apply (result - picture 2). If the result does not suit, then create a Geometry Shell. Invert the transparency map and apply to the shell. And then edit the shell Shader at your discretion (result - picture 3). The transparency map is drawn with a normal brush in photoshop (easy). Use in 'cutout opacity'.

The bulges are made by morphs that have already been shown to you. But actually this is bad, they need to be done through zbrush.

It remains disgusting... What's next? Take the dildo out through the mouth?
