Ok, you said drow, so I tried cooking up something myself. Here's my version. See? White hair is very doable. Black skin and red eyes too.Little fantasy this time. It's a drow girl. And before you start, it's just an urban legend that all drows have white hair, or at least I've never seen one
Seriously speaking, I tried hours, but it's so freaking hard to make a decent hair shader for white hair, so I gave up and took easier route

Your stuff is great, but you seem to be getting some weird artefacts in your render. Notice to blonde's right arm (near the elbow), as well as her left thigh (weird purple line, seems to be from a shadow? just looks a bit strange).
Luckily, you don't need depth perception to look at a 3d image represented in 2D. Hope your eye gets better though!!Well, got some bad news... to me at least
Due to lack of sleep and long working hours (and probably allergy among other things), I'm currently functioning with one eye for the time being (cool part is that I get to wear a pirate eye patch ) however, this is.. thankfully.. temporary, so if you notice fewer posts frequency and slight detail miscalculations in my renders, it's most likely the one eye thing that's causing this... Wish me luck
Most likely using the dodge tool in post, depending on your monitor, he might not have intended for these to show and true enough he might not have been able to view these artifacts while working on it, but different monitors with different display properties (contrast/gamma/brightness... etc.) could show unintended artifacts that the creator/editor didn't see in their own setup.Your stuff is great, but you seem to be getting some weird artefacts in your render. She has a slight resemblance to Kate Upton, I think.
Third oneThis is a new character design with four alternative glasses, aiming the concept of sexy but innocent secretary. Which glass do you think is the best?

Very beautiful scene. Lighting is spot on. Little criticism from concrete block bed though. With d-former it's really simple to increase realism a little, where model sinks inside the bed a little. Other than that, I like it a lot
That is a nice looking white hair I have to admit. Is that a commercial product or something you made yourself?Ok, you said drow, so I tried cooking up something myself. Here's my version. See? White hair is very doable. Black skin and red eyes too.

Not a fan of any of them to be honest. I think that a rectangular pair would be sexier, but what you are using in picture 3 are old lady glasses. Older people need glasses for reading and typically use the style shown that only covers the lower part of the eyes, so they can look down to read and look up to see everything else. If you used a proper pair that they can look straight ahead with, then that would be golden. Number four may be rectangular, but with the thick plastic frames unfortunately look like fake costume glasses. This is a new character design with four alternative glasses, aiming the concept of sexy but innocent secretary.
