Check that you've applied the correct material for your render mode and that it doesn't have a base material that needs applying before the colour.

EXTREMELY HOT Milf!!Well, got some bad news... to me at least
Due to lack of sleep and long working hours (and probably allergy among other things), I'm currently functioning with one eye for the time being (cool part is that I get to wear a pirate eye patch) however, this is.. thankfully.. temporary, so if you notice fewer posts frequency and slight detail miscalculations in my renders, it's most likely the one eye thing that's causing this... Wish me luck

Been away a while, decided to try watching some photography lighting tutorials and using mesh lights.
Could have taken another hour or so of rendering but I don't think the noise is too bad with a little post tweaking and de-noising as long as you don't actually click on the image.
Maybe I should just post the thumbnail, you can't see anything in there!
