As for the drawings... Yep.. I'd remove those... having a naked dude with a hard on and touching himself with those drawings hanging above his head doesn't paint a good picture
Clipping seems to be your issue here, try spending a bit more time fine tuning the poses to avoid them. Also, apparently you have mismatched textures on the girl in the back, her face is very shiny while the rest of her body looks dry.
Also, try pushing the background further back to avoid casting shadows on them or at least softening them a bit, unless of course you intentionally want them there of course. Keep it up!
I really like this, good posing, even, soft light. Good job.
As for constructive critisim/pointers... Whatever MovieMike said, he did an awesome job breaking things down
I like this, but could use a bit more creative lighting to flesh it out, the dude's features could definitely use more illumination. Also, I believe some depth of field could add a lot to this image; guide the viewer eyes toward the intended point without taking much away from the background/foreground. Good luck

"i'm so close mom.. don't stop.." -> dreaming/waking up effect back to reality and this render or something closeNice render as always mate. Still it triggered me quite a bit
