Not a bad start, I use sun and sky only plus turn on draw dome when doing outside night scenes you can select the time of day you want and if you have a star sky HDRI map and add your own type of lighting to use as a moon that would really set this night scene off.
Thanks a lot, i'll give it a try. the current setup uses an HDRI with a night sky, but the scene was to dark so i added a three point lighting which i arranged to simulate street lights.

They are not raw with the render quality enabled, that render took ~30 min with 1.7k (might be more, but in any case not 15k) iterations, is hardly a NASA pc. :ROFLMAO:

I vote for glasses!
"hardly a NASA pc"

I should hope not. If it were, it'd be DAYS before your renders finished!
Our phones are more powerful than the computers that launched the Voyager series, as well as the Apollo series and everything in between  :ROFLMAO:

Streetlights can be difficult I applaud your effort I have struggled myself with night lights its a learning curve once you find a medium you will be in awe of your persistence.
