Any idea why the lip piercing (right girl) does not follow the head rotation?

Look if the piercing is fitted on the girl and what it is parent to, parent with mouth (with a lip if GF8) is best idea.

I see it's parent to the character and not the lip. Normally when it is parent with the lip the rotation is done with the pose.
So then I didn't test this kind of thing on GF8 too much. But on GF3 it works pretty well when if parent in the right place.
If you found it, it's cool.
