Try and change in surfaces tab from roughness to glossines or opposite,i dont know what you did exactly with that body skin so i maybe can help you.So I was trying to do a simple mat fix using skinbuilder8 and suddenly... well, I got this.

* It was hard to frame the camera so there would be everything in the picture, including that.. thing. And I needed it long enough for the pose in next picture. So I just went with the simplest solution and scaled that motherfucker.
