For lighting I used a spot light on her from the side, and I used the basic HDRI that comes with Daz but at a reduced lighting of 0.5 for both the environment and hdri to help make the darker shadows a bit better.

That's very nice, the lighting and the details of the character gave so much realism to it.
I think one problem is that the edge of the yoga mat doesn't have shadow on it, thus the transition between the mat and ground looks a bit off.
