I checked Sinful summer and now I understand why the lesbian thing ruin this game, it is true that this isn't made by dev, now I understand also why the story of this game was influenced because the dev of that Sinful summer was a co-writer, well if I am playing Sinful summer and as a female protagonist, I don't mind the G to G action, but in this game hell no, I am playing as a male !

And yet, after all that, proceed to still cry about lesbian 'NTR' or whatever that acronym means anymore in this thread. Inspiring. I wish I was that smart and had such a great ability to understand characters and their motivations in complex stories.

If it's only going that route yeah I agree this better been dead, this is the only game that has these zombie theme and survival , dystopian, where the MC seems like the loser, compare to others like Now & Then, Zombie life, Zombie retreat (there was a bit lesbian but completely avoidable) and what frustrating is that it was abandoned before Mc could get all the way with both mom and sis and the final scene is between the two of them that he was not able to go all the way with. Well, hands down, I give up, ntr/lesbian fans won

I enjoy Deadmoon Survival.

We got lucky and, even with the primary dev who disappeared (and hopefully is alive and recovering versus dead from an accident) - we got most of the latest rev (thanks Ruykiru ).

It was not perfect.

IMO - it was in keeping with the story buildup - great fight scenes and reveals about some of the past of the MC and Juliet.

We got great sexy time between Elizabeth and Juliet - something consistent with this story and its buildup.

It was incomplete and we did not get the Elizabeth/MC sexy time many of us wanted.

There has also been the buildup to what felt like a reveal where the MC, ELizabeth and Juliet would be together.

Together to celebrate survival, escape into a safer location or something else -- barring a return of the dev, we will never know his intended ending.

I've had other AVNs I enjoyed that went into limbo hell and the promised release with teasers over 6+ months never landed.

This feels like the end of Deadmoon Survival - and I'll take this as a better result to close out my experience with this AVN.

It was certainly not everything I wanted in this rev... But - this is a much better close out of this AVN than:

The dev disappears (who know what happened to him)
The AVN gets an Abandoned tag
People complain about the 'ghosting and milking' - all while not knowing what actually happened to the dev.
A year and more later - there are posts here where some lament that this AVN never got finished and wished they could have seen more.

This way - we did get more, and for me, this closes out my Deadmoon Survival experience.

the guy pulls out what he's got to please and you're there to fall all over him. It's good enough to have a third party who gives at least that much, but no, it's still not good, he should have recoded when he's got his own game to worry about...
And use your brain a little, it says in the changelog that the only new H Scene is between Juliet and her mother...

As someone who works in DAZ3D, rendering is just pressing a button.
The hard part is everything else.

You don't know how to read or what? I said Honey Select 2 Studio you don't need to render, now with other engines you do, but with the Honey Select 2 game studio which is the one this novel is made with you don't need to render anything.

I don't mind reading the silly comments by the haters but yours is just... to put it lightly, stupid and ignorant as fuck. And yes, it really pissed me off more than the actual haters if you hadn't noticed already. HS2 might not need minutes or hours to render, but it's still not drag and drop ffs. Armchair devs I swear...

I use the studios of both games, I make my own game. Don't try to be a great creator, because I know it's not complicated. You want to make it look harder than it is. But okay, you don't want criticism, continue as you like, continue as you have until now, but you see that many people don't like your narrative, because it's not what they liked at first, you're deviating from your tastes and not what the majority liked, continue as you have until now, and you'll see that you'll continue receiving criticism as you have until now. When nobody likes what you do in the end... who will play this? You ruined a narrative and story in favor of your tastes, and that's okay, there are some who like it, a new audience I suppose, but those of us who have been playing this game since the beginning don't like it anymore.

i like lesbian scenes but i put myself in the shoes on the people that dosent like this kind of content i liked the update but like i say before a lot of this discussion could be avoided if he make the scene optional for the people that dont liked lesbian content you know how the original creatos was making the game .

This update sure is a shocker though, I really hope a miracle will happen and the project will be finished somehow. Idk about the main story line without the original author, but at least some sexy scenes to wrap it up would be great. It'd be a shame to waste all this build-up and "slowburn".

Also if you play the game again and pay attention, you might notice that even if the lesbian or Elisabeth flashback cheating scenes are not shown if you don't pick them, they are clearly implied to still happen or the story and sexual tension kinda makes no sense... I always saw the choices in DMS as a compromise to give the illusion of choice (except the ones that actually lead to game over scenes I guess), but making a non kinetic novel is hard and way more time consuming so not even HotTomato could tie all loose ends.

I was gonna throw a bunch very bad insults at you after reading so much bullshit but I came to the conclusion that it just isn't worth it. I could have, but then it would be my renders and my fan-story, not HotTomato's official last work. I wanted to put out the last thing he had given me, but I know he was working on more that sadly I didn't get access to.
