The update schedule went from approximately 3 to 4 months per full release (not counting hotfixes).
You can see for yourself on the itch.io page, there should be a timeline with dates for every release post.

An NTR route for the mother seems to be planned. That is just based on the fact that there is an explicit "Non-NTR route".
Right now, there isn't actual NTR. It's just the parents having sex, and this allows the MC to... establish the first sexual contact with her.
