I don't think so. The thing that they can do is stop giving him money by unsubscribing, something that, weirdly enough, people don't do. Also, his account can be suspended due to inactivity and reports.

No clue, Dev is nowhere to be found. He did say to not expect anything, even if he posted a release date. So it might or might not have an update.
People are crazy with these conspiracy theories lol. Maybe he just felt like fuck it, I'll have a break for a while.

You should be able to right-click on the attached "zz_ff.rpy" (or what's it called) file, select "save target as"
Though that is from 4 years ago, don't think this still works

Not really, you need to actively make other people have sex through certain choices. So if it happens, it's not NTR. Even though disabling the NTR game setting prevents seeing some of these scenes.
Would recommend to avoid this game because the dev disappeared 6 weeks ago, just before publishing an already finished update. So he's likely dead or otherwise permanently off the internet.
