If you play on PC you can actually click with the mouse on each zombie to kill them and the cursor will do the job for you. They stop for a few moments each time they advance, so just click on them as soon as they stop.

Daymn, those are some big butts.

I knew hyper-unrealistic breasts were a thing... I guess it's the same with butts? What makes one guy drool, and hard, makes another limp. Like with art style, there's no pleasing everyone.
