You don't need to be a Deepstroke sub to answer that one.

It'll most likely be done before the end of the year maybe a little earlier.
So if we're lucky at the end of summer if not then during fall and if we're really unlucky then during winter.
If I were you I'd just go with November just to not end up disappointed by possible delays etc.
