This scene was supposed to play before Lydia's second interrogation by the police. So if u picked to check with the CCTV instead of investigating Lydia's date Yennifer, or Charles Collier side chick by then, the scene will then makes sense. I think the dev just forget to put different dialogue when you postpone to look at CCTV.
