regarding steph - normal steph is in top3 chicks for me.
dont care much about her bimbo, or bdsm or any other version...this game despite having some "hard" (heh, a great term, could be only compared to adult (vs non-adults aka kids in media industry content labelling)) kinks, still has more than enough "soft"/"vanilla" stuff, so it is rather balanced in that regard imo (far from being "game heavy on bdsm", for example). ofc, i could be wrong here, and 80% of the sex/game content indeed are bdsm, scat or any other shit i dont care for...in which case, i still dont care much

I like normal/regular Steph the most also. But there are parts of the Bimbo path that I enjoy also, I like seeing how excited she is about having her new body especially when she is trying on her new clothes. Only on her Bimbo path will she give you the option of coming off birth control, she doesn't on her normal path and wants to get married first. And having a bit of a breeding kink myself, I enjoy that.
But with the cage stuff the options are "pet pack" where you have her wear a collar and a pet tail butt plug, make her bark like a dog while using a dog dildo on her. Or "pain pack" where you literally hook her up to a car battery and jab her with a cattle prod.
Not kink shaming anyone who is into that stuff btw but it's quite extreme IMO so should be optional.

I'm not asking for a full path as there is plenty of content without the BDSM stuff on Steph's Bimbo path. Bimbo doesn't mean sex slave so it should all be optional as not everyone is into the same things.
All of the examples that you give on the other paths ARE optional. The last time I played Bimbo Steph's path, the option to skip the sex shop visit and cage stuff still wasn't implemented. Unless I did something wrong.

Even if a player avoids them in Protagonist's sex life, they are still there, for example Charles with Lydia's sister. Also, it can be avoided with most of LIs, for some completely, for Stephanie for the most part, and as far as Lydia as LI it cant be avoided at all.

i'm not into BDSM or know anything about that world so I wasn't aware how extreme that stuff is in the world of BDSM , wasn't sure if was on the extreme side of in the middle. I did like if I recall correctly we were able to stop it early in that sex scene. For me it didn't really cross the line of being to much and extreme until we got to the Lydia Sex dungeon.

I think why I didn't mind the other BDSM stuff with Bimbo Steph was simply because it was in our home and felt intimate between the MC and her. But the other stuff involves Lydia and just takes away that level of intimacy. Like if im being honest I didn't think id like the BDSM at all as im not into it but within the context of the game I actually did like it because of the intimacy since it was about exploring Steph's kinky side , even if it's something id never explore in real and only within the space of a video game. But the minute Lydia became part of it and took away that intimacy I did not like it or enjoy or even find it hot / arousing anymore.

With that said totally not looking forward to the Bimbo path in the update since it's probably gonna involve the sex dungeon and Lydia most likely will be involved again haha.

100% agree it was neat to experience in a game since it was the first time for me but at the same time , I did not like being forced into that stuff either. ( tho I read it's optional now b avoiding the shop or something) Even with the Lydia stuff while that isn't forced since I can just not play the Lydia path , I had no idea would turn into that till it was to late and had no backup save it was a surprise for me. At least I think it was forced with Lydia if you are gonna play the Lydia and Steph path.

Well, it's optional for protagonist. But she still desires such things, and will do it, if he is into it as well. Same goes in real life. Imagine having a girlfriend/wife into rough sex. If both of you,are into it, your sex will be rough. If you are categorically against it, there won't be such sex, but it doesn't mean she doesn't want it.

It's only later on in the Bimbo path where you have the cage part in the apartment that goes too far IMO and still isn't optional (as far as I'm aware) that I don't like personally. I know that you can avoid the stuff with Lydia by refusing her every time.

the reality is when it comes to things of sexual nature everything should be optional , especially the more extreme stuff imo unless it for some story telling purpose. As you never know when a player will like something then something will cross the line and they still want to play the path or game but really dont want to be forced into something. Especially when it isn't clear that path will lead to that. ( not talking about any one game but just in general)

The first time I played this game and went down the Bimbo Steph path I had no idea there would be BDSM involved at least on the extreme side of it until I didn't have my old save anymore. I thought it was gonna be more lighter BDSM. When the sex dungeon stuff happened and the sex shop stuff it threw me for a surprise. it really does no harm to make those optional and let the player skip those scenes entirely.

I don't think him or anyone else is saying the dev should change his game to make it optional but just saying it would be a better experience if it certain things were. I'm in the same opinion I even play through things im not into just to see it optional or not but I still think making things optional is a best case scenario for any AVN.

And if at some point I come to a point in a game that it no longer suits my taste (kinks), then it goes into the big data nirvana and I look for something else. I've just started and I'm really enjoying it, although I've already found three flaws (I think):

1. If you're a nerd and read the sports news, it says that if England beat Australia, they'd play the winner of France vs. Montenegro, but the news about Australia's star player says that if they manage to beat England, they'd play the winner of France vs. Japan. Regardless of who wins, the possible opponents should be the same two teams.

2. The first night in the bar I met Stephanie where she tells you she is a cop. The next morning the MC has to go to the police station to defend the rich client Lydia, and Step is at the reception, but nobody says anything, as if they didn't know each other from the night before.

3. The tea Elie gives you doesn't look like tea, it looks like liquid chocolate .

I was simply asking if the developer was going to do, what he said he was going to do in an update post and remove the BDSM stuff from the Bimbo Steph path for people who don't want to do it. Everything else is optional in the game, but that isn't.

Hello everybody,
I'm really sorry but I'm going to delay Defending Lydia Collier v.0.16.1 until next week, Friday the 14th.
I've just played through what I've added for Vanessa, Tiffany and Sophie and whilst I think the individual scenes are quite good, when I test-play through the whole thing together it just feels a bit short and a bit rushed. Whilst I always planned for it to be a small update for them as they'll be getting more scenes with the main Monday update, I think an extra 100 or so renders across a couple of scenes will help build the Vanessa/Player/Tiffany relationship a lot and also make the update feel more worthwhile.
So I want to spend this weekend adding in an extra couple of scenes with Vanessa and Tiffany and expanding on the player's new role within the household, and adding in some more choices to be able to define that relationship your own way.
Whilst I'm doing this I've also been reminded of a couple of outstanding things I also need to add with Stephanie, which will take me another couple of days to do, so I think it makes sense to delay the update by a week, add in the new Vanessa/Tiffany scenes, finish all the outstanding Steph work, and then with everything outstanding completed, I can focus completely on going forward with the story on Monday for v.0.16.2.
New additions to v.0.16.1 will be:
Extending the Island ending from the current 330 renders to roughly 500 renders and adding in two new scenes with Vanessa and Tiffany.
Stephanie's Hard Drive will now be accessible with v.0.16.1, if you choose to view it, adding in a new gallery and about 50 images.
Regular Stephanie's story scenes on Sunday - 20ish renders bringing Regular Steph in line with all the other routes ready for thew game to continue with v.0.16.2.
Extended motorway scene if you had dated Stephanie before the traffic stop, but didn't break her heart - <10 renders, fixes continuity error of Steph forgetting who you are.
Non-toy path for Saturday night with Bimbo Stephanie - no new renders, splicing of scenes, purpose is to allow people not into the toys to skip it as promised, that's all.
Apologies about this, I appreciate its annoying to delay it the day before but as many of you know I usually drop updates literally an hour or two after I'm done rendering them and it's only today I've finished all of the renders for what I originally had planned and put everything together, and it just doesn't feel quite right.

We all have different kinks, it's all good. My tastes aren't exactly vanilla, but the pet pack (where you have Steph wear a collar, bark like a dog etc) or the pain pack (where you hook her up to a car battery and jab her with a cattle prod) isn't really my personal cup of tea. So I just wish that particular part of the Bimbo path was optional, like everything else in the game is.
As I said before there are certain parts of the Bimbo path that I do enjoy, which aren't in the normal/regular Steph route.
If the dev said that the more "extreme" stuff was mandatory on the Bimbo path then I would say fair enough, but the dev was supposed to make that stuff optional as I showed above, but didn't.
But anyway I feel like I'm talking in circles a bit here and getting nowhere, so don't really want to discuss it anymore. Each to their own, live and let live and all that.
