I still can't wrap my head around the decision of making Tiffany the town bicycle as part of her backstory and now looks like its tripling down on that... Completely ruined her character for me and since she was my favorite I kinda lost any hype I had for the game.

The thing is his game already is chock full of depraved characters, so I can't follow the logic on making her the same. She went from netori, to incest obsessed with her mom, to gangbang slut fucking strangers in bars and proud of it, in the span of a few updates. Judging from that text I posted seem to be even more stories about her past, as if that wasn't enough and who the hell knows where the bottom choice will lead to, sharing route, or just happens in the background and she tells you all about it
Now she is almost on Helena's level.

If this was planned for her from the start, why the fuck didn't he add that info before the player starts her route, so you know to avoid her, instead of investing 2 years into her to end out in disappointment with this 'twist'?

I sound like a broken record, DPC seems to be one of the only mfers that knows how to make promiscuous characters still liked by vanilla players. He gives all the info from the start about what type of LI there are, doesn't surprise you with their disgusting backstories and personalities 20 updates in, so if you go for them its on the player alone.

AND most importantly doesn't fucking rub it in your face all that unsavory info about her previous, or ongoing sex life in autistic detail.

because it's not the same as being a virgin or not being a virgin

Show the info to the player so he can make an educated choice if he invests 20 updates romancing a character. Keep the MC in the dark, if that is important for the story(in this case it has fuck all to do with anything), but not the player.

That is very much depending on the game style and theme.

If I would make a light harem game centered about the player (not the MC, not the story, but the one behind the keyboard), then I would most likely make a "met Claire, she like blow jobs, anal, ffm and toys - Do you want her?" approach.
If I try do to a heavy themed story centered about people their interactions and how they get hurt, get over it (or not) and so, then I woudn't annouce what each person is - Same as in a crimi you usually don't introduce the culprit as such, but a "normal" person and this usually also isn't written on the blurb of its cover.

I think part of the issue is the game doesn't have the netorare/ntr/cuck tag or whatever the hell it is(It's getting hard to keep track).
Some people don't like it to the point where they feel cheated if the dev didn't advertise the game as having that fetish(or any other for that matter) from the get go and it's a valid point since not everyone enjoys licking other men's cum out of a vagina.
Regardless of which side of that particular fence you're on devs should advertise their games properly. It won't avoid all whining and bitching since that comes with putting out any kind of product, but it help avoid some of it.
