The beta is a standalone version of new content that is currently incomplete. The full version is all of the content leading up to the beta.

I'm still completely baffled as to why Steph path goes completely vanilla if you choose not to turn her ugly even though you did BDSM with her before that was ever an option

I believe that this story is going to end rather abrubtly as the Dev is looking for a way to end this after 6 years of development and he is not going to have the patience or dedication to allocate the the time required to close off all the story paths. That is the feeling I get each time another update comes out. Each update taking longer and each one being shorter leaves a certain thought in my head and I have seen it many times before with projects of this kind of timespan and series of events.

This small chunk updates are not doing it for me. Lost all the track of what is happening in the game and without a changelog have no idea what's added
That is my suspicion also. The updates became chaotic even before the "beta" releases. This game started out really strong, but with the spaghetti story branching, I think it has slipped away from the dev a bit. I wish the dev luck in wrapping it up successfully.

This game is a dinosaur, one that should have gone into extinction long ago with less fuss than its current kicking and screaming state. Updates are infrequent and small and really don't contribute enough to this VN. Its still not complete 5 years and still has a messy investigation process and its main plot has been lost and buried but somehow the project still keeps going. Are people still supporting this mess and dated game? There are many better games out there. Don't believe the old positive reviews, mine would have been positive also 3 years ago, but now...fuck no.

As a monogamy player, I don't care if the game is considered to be outdated I do love the monogamy roots
And you don't have to wait until the end of the game to make somebody your girlfriend
And you can actually experience the relationship from the start
But I don't like that you have to be in a relationship with some characters in order to meet others
And I don't care if a character is a virgin or not, but I don't like them to keep talking about how many people they've been with
And I stopped caring about the actual investigation/case a long time ago, it's so tedious and boring, especially on the computer
Dev spread himself too thin adding main characters beyond the first five, plus all the route permutations. Was adding Ellie's almost entire family that important? Or the normal and bimbo Steph split? It's way more work than it's worth IMO.

Correct me if i'm wrong but I think it was always planned to end in a couple of in-game days from where it is currently.
