I can tell this was made by a self-hating russian liberakha, such focus on jail stuff and desecrating what USSR's children hold dear. Even the tattoer guy looks like Navalny, yuck.

Only that character is censored, it's an in-lore thing I'm pretty sure.
All the art is getting reworked. Katya is already done, Kira is last. Current poll for update to Kira is on the Patreon.

Well, they should be careful. If they censor the first naked character the player sees, many can discard the game as censored. Same if they improve the most important character's looks as last
(What's on their "Patreon" is their problem. I don't go there.)Yes you are correct. Since then the dev has been update scamming his patreons. Only "bug" fixes and cosmetic updates that brake the game and require the so called "bug" fixes. No major updates pushing the story forward. There was one update with a BJ threesome and that's it...
The dev instead has an unhealthy fixation with the prison pole rape scenes. IMO sick...
Long story short, everyone is still waiting severalbyears on that bus stop...

Dev said something about doing Kira last because she's the most important and he wanted to improve the workflow to the best it would be for her art. The new face is decided on now, my guess is you'll see it withing a couple months.Well, they should be careful. Howdy! Here’s what’s up:
The first part of this post was uploaded a while ago, in it I go more in depth about why Kira’s face needs to be upgraded to begin with. Here’s a link to it, in case you missed it or want to refresh your memories:

As promised, I spent my “free” time working on different versions of her face and I first upgraded all other girls that needed an uplift to get more experience.
Here’s the result:
In the next part I’ll talk a bit more about how I did this, in case you’re curious, and talk about all three new versions of her face. There’s also a survey at the end of this post.
First, let’s talk about “How”:
To make sure that she looks identical from different angles, I used AI to turn her around. I’ve tried many different generators and told the machine to make over thirty different versions of Kira turning, the one shown below is the “best” result I’ve got and I used it as a starting point.
I took the frames I needed from what AI hallucinated (the first row above), and used it as a reference point for the second row.
I repeated the same process for the other two faces, since I struggled to make her face identical on my own and I really think we need precision here.
That’s it when it comes to how I did this, not let’s talk about the faces themselves.
Face 1 is the closest one to her current artwork, I just painted over her current face, the goal here was to just upgrade her textures, her skin, and add in more details. I also did my best to fix the glaring imperfections of her current art - unrealistic jawline and disproportionate size of her eyes, but, by all means, it is the upgraded version of her current face.
Face 2 is a refined version of the face I’ve been using in all current in-game “frontal” Kira events (in Chief events, Red Kira events, latest Prison Chef/Olga event, etc.). It’s the same face I’ve been using and slightly tweaking over the years, but now with different angles to maintain the consistency in her art.
Face 3 is the one that looks the least like current Kira, it still has the “defining” features of her character (angry eyebrows, plump lips, prominent cheekbones, smokey eyeshadow), but it’s different, primarily because of her eyes. To me, she looks like a model that would stab you, the kind of girl that you see on the mugshot and think “I can fix her”, which is the look I was going for here.
I personally like all three versions of her face and they all are valid in their own way, but since this is a pretty significant change to the existing content and the main characters that you’ve grown accustomed to, I believe it is not for me to decide which one fits her best - It’s up to you and the democracy.
Changing her face in game (regardless of what option we will land on) will be an extremely tedious process that I am not looking forward to, but it has to be done to make sure Kira’s art is on par with the rest of the girls and is consistent from every angle.
Consistency in her art would allow me to have an option of changing the angle in H-events mid event, which is something I’ve been deliberately avoiding due to her current face looking too different from every angle. I also want to create one “master-file” with all her faces, hair, facial accessories and expressions and to use it in all our future events, saving me a lot of time (I was constantly borrowing her faces from different events, editing them or even redrawing them in some cases.) and the new faces are really high-rez, allowing me to make more close-ups of whatever is happening.
This post and the survey attached to it are not the deciding one, it’s a discussion. I want your thoughts, your feedback and hopefully your approval, and I won’t just decide this on my own without your input.
If the majority of you are happy with this, then I will start a deciding poll that will determine what new face Kira will get and begin the slow and tedious process of replacing all her faces. I don’t want this to slow down the development, so I’ll spend my “free” time doing this and the facial upgrade will be a part of some other planned update in the future, once I’m done replacing all pictures.
Again, nothing is written in stone yet, I really want your feedback and I will not just unilaterally decide to change her face without your approval. Please do tell me what you think about the version I prepared for you today, and if all goes well - we’ll move forward with Kira’s upgrade.
There will be other posts and polls about Kira (her hair is next) and I’ll soon finally publish the ultimate Olga post that just lists everything I already told about her. Thank you all for your patience and support, the end is near!

I’ve read your feedback and decided to act immediately, instead of waiting for the survey to end. You told me what you liked/disliked and I made two more versions of Kira’s face, based on what I understood.
Right now, the previous survey still has 19% of people voting for Kira’s current face, which is too much for my liking. I’m aware that I won’t be able to please everyone, but I want to try my best.
This post has a new survey and I will make more posts/surveys like this one if necessary.

People don’t like change, me included, some of you might know the great windows tragedy of mine and understand my struggle - when Mirinda Gates divorced her deadbeat husband, she took the spacebar from my PC as a part of her divorce settlement. And now she plays with my emotions by giving or taking the spacebar from me with each Windows update.
Like most people, I used to get excited whenever Windows was updating. I was a normal human, I diligently marked my calendar and eagerly waited to see the magic words “Update and Restart” (no other option exists). It felt like a mini-Christmas that always happened when I was working on something important, to give me a much needed break and an opportunity for a Fresh start by sometimes deleting hours of my work. But not anymore... Mirinda took that joy away from me.
I got used to it, adapted, and found an alternative by rebinding my spacebar to alt, but it doesn’t feel the same, it makes me feel like a heretic and a heathen. Every time I type - I am reminded of what was lost, of the Mulan I was. I understand why she did that. I understand that the world is overpopulated and there’s not enough spaces for everyone. But this felt personal, because she took something away from me, she threw my spacebar out of the Windows... That’s right, I, Mulan, the arbiter of Defenestration, felt the taste of my own medicine. And it didn’t feel great.
I’m not Mirinda, I don’t want to take anything away from you, I don’t want you to rebind your spacebars to alt, I genuinely just want this to be an upgrade to Kira’s face, a welcomed change... And as much as I’d like to just keep her current look, it has to be upgraded to give me more tools, be consistent, on par with the other girls, and ultimately speed up the development by becoming a “masterfile” of Kira’s faces from which I will pull whatever face I need for any future H-event.
With that in mind, here’s the deal:
Basically, Kira’s head is very smol.
Since it’s so smol, when I enlarge it - it looks pixelated and lacks details, so I added them. All of the new faces took a lot more effort and they have significantly more details due to their size, they’re big - purposely bigger than the RPG maker’s resolution to allow us to make zoom-ins and close-ups.
The skin isn’t as rough, there aren’t any weird spots on her face and the general quality is better, I just painted above her face and added details where needed. But, it is my understanding that some of the details on her current face that I considered weird and unnatural, are not weird at all and are well-liked by some of you.
So, in version 4 of her face I pulled those details directly from her current face (the spot above her eyebrow, white line beneath her eye, darker cheekbone, whiter eyes) and I sincerely hope that now she looks better to you - If not, please tell me how I can make her face better in your opinion and I will make more versions.
Note: The hair is just something I’m still working on, it’s a separate thing and it’s not final.
Face 1 and 2 are the same as in my previous post, I added some subtle details to face 3 (from Kira’s current face) and then I made two more faces based on your suggestions.
Like I’ve said, Face 4 is the closest to the original - same linework and now it even has some of the same details that the OG face has. I also took some shadows and highlights from Face 3 and added them to it.
Face 5 is a version of Face 2 that also has some details pulled directly from the OG Kira, highlights from Face 3 and whiter eyes.
Both Face 5 and 4 are kind of a hybrid between Kira’s old art and the new versions I made. They, in my opinion, look great and won’t stand out when Kira will talk to the other girls, since they share the same artstyle. But I’ll leave it to you to tell me whether or not they’re actually good.
Just please do keep in mind that this is a “change” and us humans don’t like them. I promise I’ll keep on refining them if needed, I just need to know what exactly I need to do.
All in all, I made two new versions based on your feedback and my interpretation of it, as not everything was easily understood by me, but I think with those two new versions I covered everything that was suggested and I’m grateful that you cared enough to voice your opinions.
I’d also like to mention that since this is just a survey and not a deciding poll, I feel like I can act fast and not wait a week for everyone to cast their vote. I also want to decide this faster, so I could begin my work on her expressions, other angles, hair, lips, etc.
