necklace is in the underwater ruins in the lake, the "Something left over from the great war" is around halfway into the moor (its a inactive arty shell) which you will be able find by searching after it gives this scene

Another method you can try is via Whitney events at school.

I haven't checked, but I guess it's also allure-related.
If allure is high more dangerous events will happen, while other events become rare or even impossible.

rng event, but with some fame adn allure you'll be getting more than you'd ever want
and seems like autoamtic clothing rebuy does work on them too, so you can safeguard yourself from losing a set you like

No. It only make the costumer hornier.
The "hornyness" of the costumer is a kind of timeout you are fighting against.
The hornier they are the less they are inclined to buy anything.

Every sale you make gives you one point in business fame. (The number of flowers or the money does not matter)
