Based on that image pack, it'll be DoLP and the submods based on it. Looking at DoLMods, one of the following three:
- Degree of Lewdity Plus (DoLP)
- Degree of Lewdity Transmod Plus (DoTP)
- Degree of Lewdity X-Change Mod (DoLXChange)
Sure its doL plus and on that site ya can select the mods that are supported extra in the Version on the Right site on the Right Corner top side.

When the game describes fluids as “dripping out” of certain orifices does it actually reduce the amount of fluid in that orifice over time or no?
Never Really thinked about that , just try yourself and go sleep for idk mybe 3 ~4 days in a row , then ya can see if its work like that
I still think the flaunt scene while the PC is dragged by the knot at the farm is one of the hottest scenes, hope we get more like that. Like getting caught if there's workers on the farm while seducing a horse, or bellyriding the horse while going to town and back and drivers being able to see.

Since there doesn't seem to a preview/differences reel for DoLP's image packs (or if there are it's nigh impossible to find), I made one.

Is BEEESSS up to date? I think the normal BEEESSS without DoL+ hasn't been updated in a while as far as I can tell

Unfortunately not. There's a lot of misaligned sprites in BEEESSS such as gloves, bukkake, and several hairstyles..
Haven't played for two years. Heard combat's been revamped along with new sprites. That true?

A lot. More than is reasonable to list.
There have been some changes and new sprites (especially for the animals), but full overhaul is still pending.

Actual question though, what's the mod situation looking like now? I imagine most of the ones I remember are now defunct or wholly outdated?

Hi. Im trying to move from Vanilla to DoL+. I've copied my save data from Vanilla and imported it in Import/export from DoL+, but always get this (same issue with copy & paste string in text box):
