I was referring to the Whitney removal event, which you get by basically fighting Whitney at every opportunity. They try to sell you to the underground dungeon, but the goons betray them, and you're given the option of letting them take Whitney, effectively removing them from the game, or helping Whitney.
It's the same underground dungeon. If you get taken there for not paying or stumble apon it(rare and hard to get) after you get the Whitney removal event you can actually rescue them(Max skullduggery needed).

I play on Hard difficulty to get around the stats degrading but yeah it's realy difficult to raise anyway. Once you get to level 2 it becomes alot easier but is really ruff early on. And yeah you can just cheat to raise it i do this with seduction aswell just because it's so grindy to get.
Kind of. You can analy birth various worm/tentical babies but not regular ones yet. Maybe coming at some point as it is probably the most asked for thing.
Vrelner has actual pregnancy planned in the update after the farm(animals) update.
I hope it goes two ways, for the female pc and somehow for all the women npc a male pc can impregnate (+maybe some male male anal impregnation?)
Yes, you will be able to be impregnated as a female pc, and you will be able to impregnate any named npc. I don't think there's been any word on any sort of mpreg, but aside from the parasitic anal pregnancies, I wouldn't hold my breath.
