Two questions for the specialists

1- I play as a male and set Robin as a male too, he is my LI and so far I managed to lose all my virginities to him but two : oral and penile. Farm is probably only profitable after like a year in a half. it's so expensive to upgrade everything that you'll be in the red for a long time even after you unlock all the fields, so it's not recommend for casual play, but it's probably the best money making method long term.

Personally I treated it as a money dump and a content expansion while not much else was going on in the town. Plus the amount of zoo content. It may be viable long term but it takes a lot of investment in both time and money, not something to start out with.
