it's been years since i played this last. i remember feeling pressured to get money, like the amounts were unrealistic and didn't align with how i wanted to play. is it still this way?

A slew of new money making options came up since last year's batch. Many more troublesome situations, too. Including additional locations, new named NPCs, and further events with old named ones. A conga line of QoL changes and rebalances also came along with the above. You should play it again.

I may have found an exploit in how increase exhibition with barely any risk...
All you have to do is just dance on the first two levels
(brothel? no problem, stop before they go WILD and repeat til' you level up to 3)

Then after reaching level 3, dance option won't increase it so just strip -> stop -> repeat
Then just keep stripping until you reach Level 4 -> 5 (haven't reached 6 yet) no problemmooo @ w@b

Similarly, with gloryholes you can max out your Promiscuity within just several sessions, although you need it at lv. 4 to be able to use them (only lv. 3 to prostitute yourself though). Which is such a contrast compared to the amount of grind you need to go through to attain decent levels of expertise in using your body parts as sexual organs.

You actually need to perform sexual acts... and consensually to boot to max out your Promiscuity. Brothel gloryhole is 100% safe place to grind that stat. And also upskill your limbs and orifices.

Have you used gloryholes in this game actually? These are not your stereotypical punitive/corruptive contraptions you see in many porn games. They way they work is that the PC decides on each and every move that happens there while the client is totally passive. Their pleasing is of little to no importance and the wall with a hole actually protects the PC.

Also...the Willpower decay per day is bs...I need 18-ish hours just to recover the f-ing amount it decayed so I just gave up maintaining Willpower...

Yes, you can spam handjobs, moving your mouth to a penis/vagina and pulling away, straddling/rubbing without fucking. You do not need penetrative sex to increase Promiscuity and orifice stats. A bit unrealistic if you ask me, but them's the laws of lewdity. As with Exhibitionism, remember to concentrate on the most daring acts to raise Promiscuity. So once on lv 3, spam lv 3 actions. Once on lv 4, spam lv 4 actions.

Deviancy works the same way as Promiscuity, only with animal/monster NPCs.

I think the farm (both good and bad) is the best place for that one or maybe Joining the wolf pack too

As long as you do not lose concentration when cumming, which is when partners can enter you. You can always ask them not to penetrate though.

I'm looking to get back into the game, but I'm now wise enough to ask for some pointers so my character doesn't end up hallucinating the Esoteric Order of Lewdity.

I'll try and visit the Asylum when I max skulduggery and hope I see kylar there or something \@ w@/

Also, I wish we can have something like "Dismissing Bailey" via Bloody Mirror where the Player lures Bailey and whoever wants to f- us near the mirror and the tentacles drag them into the Tentacle Plains as our first uhh supernatural "Dismissing" quest?

Grinding the Pub will get you the early levels pretty quick and some seduction as well.

You should also stay only until 20:59 since 21:00 = nighttime mode / no rescue for you
Worst case scenario for you is the one that tries to drag you into an alley in nighttime mode (can also happen in day) since even max physique only gives you 80% chance to escape...

Yep. Also I always make sure to keep my pepper spray stock full by visiting the Elk street compound daily as a "just-in-case" for any crazy encounters
