how it’s presented today.

Yet today, official spaces ban anyone who mentions this history and insist the PC has “always been 18+”, even though the PC lives in an orphanage, attends school with children, and unused strings referencing childhood remain in the code.
Why is this history being erased? New players deserve transparency about what the game was built on.
