He did nothing this update though, and if merging stuff everyone else does is work, then you would say Innoxia works hard? The only thing Vrelnir actually does anymore is add barebones unfleshed out areas like the island and dog pound.

Unfortunate but true. The even sadder thing is Vrelnir can't even be bothered to add submitted scenes in anymore (been several years since a scene I've written made it in, since I'm uhh... getting older and don't really get git mergers >_>).
Of course, why bother. Vrelnir's bringing in 2-3k/mo doing nothing(?) (after subscribestar's cut).

It isn't as broken as it used to be, but it is still by far the most efficient way to make money (2.5k per hour as a herm with maxed production + toys and double breast pumps). However, you definitely can't do it by the first week since you have to invest a fair amount of time into getting the job as a chef in the first place. It definitely is still absurdly broken with cow transformation though since you can do it for like 4-5 hours straight.

Like most things in DoL its about getting access, at which point the struggle is trivialized.

I mean, it is a community based game, so it is not exactly unexpected. Though it is true I wish Vrelnir interacted more and had more interjection as long ago, but it still does the job, and getting decent updates consistently so I'm not complaining.

DoL has a really fast pace of content drops compared to pretty much all sandbox porn games within this "genre", personally I really don't give a fuck who did majority of the work as long as good patches keep coming in a relatively timely manner (this game drops more content in half a year than a lot of sandboxed do in 3-4 years). I guess players wanting sub content sandboxes are masochistic enough to put up with some of those devs.

People really cant understand that simply managing merging maintaining and overseeing development is a huge task in and of itself. This isnt some kind of position where they spend their entire day jerking off in an office. For every line of code or dialogue from literally every single contributor has to be proofread for if it fits in the game then checked and verified then tested and verified again. Then you get to fix it when something inevitably breaks somewhere for seemingly no reason. Then you get to do that all over again when some other code from someone else seemingly totally unrelated breaks the previous already checked code. That is a lot of fucking work especially when you have a dozen or more people making stuff independently with little to no interaction between their respective work. Its always hilarious to see a bunch of dipshits that know nothing about managing a group of people much less a single line of programming spewing a bunch of bullshit about how someone is clearly doing nothing. Clowns all of you.

[edit] It is also woth noting that every patch there is a huge list of features and content that has no direct crediting to a contributor. I WONDER WHO MADE ALL THAT CONTENT? Surely its not the original dev thats sitting around doing nothing? Couldnt be.

How hard it is to understand that:

1. Not only minors hate age verification bullsh*t.

2. Creating and maintaining one more account (even if "throwaway") still increases your cogntive load in this case for little to no benefit.

3. When you are signed in, you are being tracked to a much greater extent then when you are not. Google account tracks you across all of their services meaning if you are signed in they will record your Youtube watching history and Google search history by default. If someone wanted to be anonymous because of the kind of games they play, why would they voluntarily give them info about what videos they like to watch and whatever other kinky sh*t they search on Google?

Blogspot has no excuse to ask for sign in to access adult stuff when Pornhub can perform the legal equivalent of age verification without asking you to sign in. People should just boycott any devs that are still using that and not having either their own site or some other sort of presence.

Tracking is gonna happen. Data collection is gonna happen. You are a commodity. You can either get used to it or continue to screech incoherently and annoy the fuck out of everyone over something that at the end of the day is a pretty trivial matter. It is far more productive to not throw a hissy fit over tiny insignificant things so you dont distract from the shit that is actually important. You will see people bitch moan and cry over a single cookie and check box so often that when something that is really important does happen people wont see it because they think its just a bunch of incoherent rambling that they have heard non stop for the last 10 years. That addition was also more than just the exact same thing as the other poses but with different pictures in them and was worth the effort to get implemented. It adds an entirely new mechanic to work with and create content for. It is also easier to subtly change some sprites for some clothes than do entirely new sprites for entirely new poses. Besides i still remember the absolute quantity of posts crying about how the game is doomed and everything is over because that update took so long to come out. You are gonna sit there and tell me that people are gonna sit around for probably an even LONGER time to add mechanics that arent even different than what we already have? Ones that are just different pictures of something we already have where someone is sitting or standing instead of on the floor? Nonsense.

The problem isnt that it takes a lot of work the problem is that its a complete waste of time to implement because it adds nothing of actual value. Anything that the game wants to do with its content it can currently do with how the sprites already are. Everyone just fucking clicks 5 boxes and slams the 1 key till combat stops anyway unless something actually important is going on. Which most of the time isnt happening.

That's your opinion, sure. Personally, the combat sex is one of the game's best features, and is where I spend the majority of my time in this game. It's most of the events that I skip, particularly school which is boring af. If combat was made even better, I'd be all for it.

Depends on the mods in question. Most mods change multiple aspects of the game's code, and are usually published as standalone downloads. The only mod I can think of which is compatible with other mods as-is is the Bees mod, since it's a graphics mod; and even that is not fully compatible with all other mods, since it does not have the dragon transformation assets from the dragon transformation mod.

If you want to play multiple mods simultaneously (say for example the dragon transformation mod and the hermaphrodite NPCs mod) you'll need to download the source code for both mods and compile them together. I don't know how to do this, I'm just pretty sure it can be done.
