I think that comment was less about the fetish itself and more about how its inclusion (usually at the insistence of that particular fetish's extremely vocal fanbase) tends to derail development of games if the game wasn't original planned for it.

I'm hopeful it doesn't become too much of a sideshow (or worse, consuming the whole game) here, as its been the pet project of only one of the devs and in development for years.

Man there was so much potential all the way back in the thread back in the 0.10 changes when he was listening to us about adding consensual options and stuff. It's the better half of a decade later and you still can't have an orgy out of the beach dance scene. It hurts my soul somewhere in my gut to see this in this state, like seeing a friend in a coma.

I mean, I used to call this the dark souls of smut games.
Now it's not even close in terms of difficulty but I don't really mind the changes.
I can still have fun even with this new way of development they're doing and like I always say:

IF you don't like the way it is, then mod the game and turn it to the version that YOU want and heck, I might even try it to see for myself.
Some LEGENDS turn this to a f-ing JoJo mod and that is as fun as WORLD EXPANSION or even the abandoned brutality mod.

You guys can turn this game to another if y'all want to.
There's no need to harass the devs and force them to change the vanilla game to cater your wants and needs.
(Also me: COMBAT UPDATE WHEN? PLZ DEVS!!!)

I have a question, but the change log is public, have you event thought to ask the original creator for the reason why feats exist?

In regards to this, have you tried messing about with some of the game settings, there are quite a few that mess with the game's difficulty? The Masochist pre-set is probably a good starting point if your looking for the challenge.
