You kind of can do that. You get fame for combat by beating up attackers. Though I think wearing masks probably stymies the fame gain. Could see it fitting though. Could always suggest it to vrel. Maybe they'll add a superhero wardrobe option you can wear that has its own fame value.

I am eager to see non-parasitc pregnancy, but i think i'm with vrel on the "don't pester me about it" thing. why i like talking about stuff that might increase immersion like npc responses to character's changes like when the mc gets wolf/cat ears and tail or the bird transformaation. we already have the church's reactions to mc being a succubus or an angel. i think it would be cool to have different named npcs react to stuff as well. on top of that other transformtions such as rabbit, mermaid, bear, possibly horse or even lizard since you can encounter them in the sewers.

Mermaid would be inconvenient, unless the tail only appears in water. Bunny is kind of cute though, fluffy tail, floppy ears.

The masked loli superheroine who gets raped all the time trope would be a funny addition. Maybe add some "magical girl" accessories that trigger a silly transformation sequence to appeal to the weeb crowd as well.
One way around that might be to have superhero fame tied to a particular mask. Your fame as "The Caped Cum-Bucket" only increases or decreases while you are wearing the mask.
Sadly, as hilarious as this idea is, it's probably too silly for the tone of the game.

The thing is well done pregnancy system does that too, reactions, actual gameplay consequences, condoms being interesting resource to manage etc just overall increases immersion and adds interesting gameplay... its just REALLY rare for a game to implement it well. You could count them on one hand if you were E.T. Its coming in the next update and just from the description I think it will be better than 99% systems in games with the tag. Generally I've seen tendency to add gameplay and immersion effects to stuff so I don't aticipate much things added as simple fluff with no substance, I get that people are used to pregnancy being just belly big, then offspring teleported into abyss and number in your stats goes up, and MAYBE some reactions from heroine herself if you are lucky and thats it, riveting. I'd be down for more transformations but I'd rather have current ones fleshed out with the reactions and events more first.
