Spam the prayer room since it usually prefers good results than bad ones.

Then sleep wearing a full holy set for max purity gainz.

I did a mix of:
-Brothel Glory Hole: Fapping in the bathroom (without climax) and getting orgasm with every client (just use your hands), and spamming the "Resist pleasure" options.
-Temple Fire Trials
-Forest meditation.

With this I farmed Will wile keeping the purity. If you don't care about Purity anymore (to get the Fallen Angel and Demon Feats) just get an Ear Slime during a blood moon and try to defy it all the time
