You can't. The game is not kidding. It is too late now. The option is there for you to try and fail and gain some trauma because fuck you it's Porn Game Dark Souls. You dive at the forest lake ruins as usual searching in the plinth room to be exact and there you should see a necklace or something like that.

I've been searching for a week already and I only get the dam- consensual tentacle encounters...

I started my current playthrough well before the Wraith was introduced. The Ivory Necklace already existed then, and I gave it to the museum rather early on. Once the Wraith was eventually added, it started showing up on blood moons (I was well past Halloween by that time), and was angry I took the necklace. Does that answer your question(s)?

I haven't encountered it myself, but I guess you need two appendages from two different NPCs. Double donged NPCs are not invented yet.

Yeah, both can be nouns and verbs. The differences are murky at best if you haven't majored in Latin.
Most people here speak English as their second or third language. So cut them some slack.

Haven't the foggiest and I've tried. You can of course use the cheats, but if for some reason you're adverse to that and still want to skip the grind save editing works but i can't instruct from memory since I haven't played in some months and I no longer have my saves.
