saving to file should work on the latest apks (all thanks to me, mwahahaha!). transfer it to your pc and load from that file, your achievement progress will be carried as well.

In fact, screaming will usually work as long as it's day and you're in Town. In school it's more finicky. I've read that teachers are supposed to come and help depending on how low your delinquency is, but I've yet to have been rescued by them by screaming. Could someone chime in and confirm that's the case?
