Can you play with multiple mods? If so, which mods are compatible with each other?

Short answer: Yes, but it's a long tedious process. There's no quick and easy way to merge mods that won't break things.

Long answer:
It is possible to merge mods together but that requires manual work of merging things yourself and ensuring that things don't conflict with each other. Anyone could do it if they know how to use WinMerge and have some knowledge of Twee/TwineScript which is actually easy to understand and adapt to, especially if you already have a fundamental understanding of programming.
As far as I know, there's no some kind of working patcher or mod loader that automatically does this sort of thing.

It's a complicated process because each mod's source files are basically forks of the game's original repo, meaning that any additions or modifications to the game's code are already applied instead of only having files that just contains additions or edits (not containing the entire vanilla source code) like a typical mod would have for a regular PC game.
It makes sense for developers to update their DoL mod this way but it's not really optimal when it comes to merging mods.

This means that you would have to go through a mod's entire repo and compare it to another mod's repo, finding parts of the code that were modified and making sure it doesn't break or replace a feature from another mod as you merge the code. You might even have to rewrite the code instead so it properly accommodates all new features from each mod.
This can get even more tedious if a mod's game version is outdated compared to another mod's game version as the base game's code would be overhauled in newer versions which may complicate the merging process. Merging mods is just not a feasible option and you might have to do it all the time if you want your base game and mods to be up to date.

When it comes to graphic replacement mods though, well, that's very easy to do as you just need to overwrite the existing "img" folder which every version of DoL comes with (that isn't text-only).
Merging multiple graphic mods however, there will be a lot of conflicts if most of their files both share the same names so just use the ones that you prefer the most.

Yeah, is a wholesome version of DoL, there is bullying but is not extreme or borderline criminal, and also as you mention, the character creator is really good, it really is more incline toward roleplaying. The game is mainly focused on gay content and there is less variety in comparison because of that, but, some games had the right of being only gay.

I'm going to see if a janitor takes a look at the game and if is approved, I'm going to ask the dev their opinion about it. This game is less shotacon than DoL in early versions, so, could worth the shot.

People have DM me about the loli-mod but I think it will be against the rules because that mod is balls deep lolicon withot holding back, like, age details being mentioned. Now, this one is actually pretty good and unique on its own way. This game is mostly shotacon, again, suposedly these are vague characters but at least could pass as 18 boys, although there are side characters that clearly aren't... anyway.

This game instead of having procedural nameless characters mix with few named characters, all the characters have faces, personalites, quests, events, basically all the content revolves around established characters. The content is less rapey, at most bullyng or punishment from older characters while the consensual content is more romantic and experimenting with sexuality. All the characters are male but supossedly there will be female NPCs and crossdressing in the future.

The characters are great, there is already a ton of content despite being in development like half a year by now and the artwork is really good, with more visual content arriving in future updates. This one has the potential to surpass Metal Gear.

And thats it, because there are not new updates for mods not available here, I just wanted to give a shot out to LaaB, because is a good softhearted gayme.

Just had something odd happen.
Not sure where/when it occurred, but my character lost a *big* chunk of Willpower.
From low middle 6/6 (Iron) down to about 3/4ths of 5/6 (Tenacious).
I'm pretty sure it happened on or around Alex's farm. (Recently expanded to being able to sleep there).
I noticed the drop when I checked by stats after getting back to town after a poker game with Wren to lower Remy's encroachment.

Anyone able to help me narrow this down?

For instance, even though I am familiar with the site they are hosted on I had no idea the restoration mod or textmod existed for this game. I'm really curious, mostly because I've been considering trying out some of the mods myself but don't know which ones might appeal to me the most since their summarized descriptions on the mod page don't tell you much. The only one of the mods I've played so far has been Herm NPCs, which has very little impact aside from allowing the world to have other hermaphrodites than my character. And while I do enjoy that aspect - and will enjoy it even more once content for impregnating/being impregnated by named NPCs, if the mod can handle that - I've been curious about something with a bit more content, like Doren Days or World Expansion.
Now, it's worth mentioning that I'm not a fan of rape (I might have been interested in the aforementioned Life as a boy with it reportedly being more focused on romance and consensual content, which is more my cup of tea, though I'm sadly not at all interested in male-male), which may sound completely insane from someone playing this game. I usually see the rapists and abusers as challenges to overcome in order to pursue love interests and, quite frankly, accumulating power and wealth. I'd also really prefer to play the most recent version, so that has something of an impact. I guess it at least rules out the BEEESSS mod (which, correct me if I'm wrong, seems to only replace the character sprite anyway), which seems highly popular, as well as a few others.

What's CRP?

Content Restoration Patch, is a restoration mod from an OG dev which restores old dialogues and modified new ones to be more vague toward the age of the characters, just like the early version of DoL.

Graphics mods are for enhance the experience, but with or without mods the graphics are ok for me, the CRP is mostly necessary for me because without the patch the game is very dumb, all the existing content revolves around the characters not being adults, while some people say they supossedly are kids, for me they always has been teenagers, either way they are definitely not adults.

Life as a Boy, I mean, I have no problem with the game being gay only, but not gonna lie, I would love to have a female main character just to mix up things. I ask the dev about having a male transgender or female crossdresser MC, giving the title "Life as a Boy" a deeper meaning, however, they talk about not wanting extra work with all the work that a pussy will generate. And to be fair, they didn't want to have crossdressing on the game until a lot of people ask for it, I do'nt like the idea of peer preasuring them into adding more things they don't like.

Unless I'm mistaken, from what I've read on here, it is possible for a hermaphrodite PC to impregnate themselves if you enable the associated pregnancy-setting. The way it's apparently done is by having the PC masturbate and cum, only to then - continuing the masturbation-session - have the PC "remove hands" from what they had been stimulating. At that point one can reportedly gather one's semen onto one's hand/fingers which, if you then use that hand on your vagina, will transfer the semen into the vagina and thus make it possible for them to become pregnant by their own sperm.

Now granted, as far as I know there is no actual content for selfcest in the game... at least not yet. Like with pregnancy from named NPCs it's treated as just a standard human pregnancy without any acknowledgement that something odd is going on.
