Biggest wish would be being able to choose your tone in encounter dialogue independent of the submissiveness of your actions. Y'know be mocking or bratty while still going along with it. Kinda sucks, like, my male character almost has to in the arousal sweet spot to have any chance of busting inside someone. I wish the npcs could be convinced to go another round or maybe have multiple orgasm rounds like the player does.

You can edge NPCs at 4+ awareness and high promiscuity to keep them from cumming too early. And NPCs going for multiple rounds is something that's been floated around for a while, it might become a thing.

Honestly though as the combat currently is longer encounters would be absolutely brutal without massive balancing. Too much damage to control and such to have to deal with a lot of that considering how those mechanics work. The only way i could see drastic changes to the system would be with a massive overhaul.
There is already a mod that allows you to completely customize encounters including longer rounds, multiple rounds, shorter rounds, combat difficulty, combat overhauls, npc scaling, etc.
Sadly no mod that stops your character from degenerating into a mewling blob if you don't fistfight every dickhead who comes at you with a hardon.

In my current game I´m running a char with full angelical transformation. I´m standing in the temple with the statue of Virgo and, if I decide to share the burden of the statue I get a message
And second. How can I "surrender the burden"
A check in the wiki give me no clue about this

So, it´s a temporal thing. You lover world corruption (a bit) in exchange of a serious penalty in your skills until you revisite the statue, drop the corruption on it and regain your full skills.
I just don´t see the point. I´m missing something?

Probably setting up foundation for future events. Corruption and world state will likely play a big part for story endings in the future.

Animal and divine transformations are separate. You can have one full transformation of each.

Building on this, the two types of transformations stack, so Demon and Cow both have horns, but you gain the benefits of both instead of the highest corruption level applying on that location.

they will also combine in 3 instants (demon/cat and demon/harpy for just a visual and demon/cow for a upgrade trait)
i think more combo could be interesting (example wings from any divine transformation decreasing fatigue from flying/gliding)
