I have made the Police infiltration quest. And I had give the Police the evidence about Leighton. I just checked, going to Detention, that I can Blackmail her.

But if i go to the police via the backdoor in the night, I can not frame Leighton. It´s some prerequisite that I´m missing or it´s bugged?

I think you need 5000~ crime fame to frame Leighton and there is a cooldown period as well...but I maybe remembering wrong so you can check the wiki

I prefer the other setup: tiny natural female that lives in the county of Futarapenshire. I made a character who gets a lot of NPCs pregnant and I set the pregnancy cycle to its lowest, and after a month and beyond, I feel like its very rare for any babies to be born.

From my experience, this is recurring and I have repeated these events more than once.
You can just accept the quest if you want to and complete them at you own time. The quest never mention time limit, except some quest can only be completed at certain time of the day - like the flash your bottom quest. The option to flash bottom doesnt seem to be available at late night.
First you get the note to masturbate at the oak tree near the spa and then later, you get a note for a quest to flash your bottom at the traffic light near the cafe?
Later, there is one quest to run naked around the commerial area i think.
One quest follows the other and then they repeat. Not sure how it is triggered though, maybe it just need some exhibition stats or exhibition fame?
It is just a minor series of events with no big consequences, adding variety to the game, I think.

Anybody else finding it impossible to get a female Alex pregnant? I've cranked up the npc pregnancy toggle to 1 out of 4, had both conversations with them about having a child, but it's still not happening even with save scumming.

The first npc to give birth was a "slim woman". My character must have impregnated dozens of women since then, but its been well over 2 months with birth cycles being set to one month and that's the only baby that appeared at the house.
