To be real with you chief, crime does fuck all and the worst you get is an occasional event that is incredibly easy to escape from. I've had max crime and I've barely noticed.

I got angel without even trying even with the crime points, they have no contribution to purity, only sex does.
Locked boxes in forest lake ruins. But IIUC they only give you skullduggery points when your skill level is lower than C.
I concur. The event where "officers" search you on the streets never results in arrest, even if you're carrying tons of stolen stuff (it adds hilarious text flavor). The only danger is brothel raids when you've stolen from your clients, but even in that scenario you can escape.
If you're playing DoLP it's fairly straightforward; you just buy lockpick sets from Landry. Otherwise, I believe crime-free Skulduggery training caps out at C+ (Forest Lake boxes get you to C, and IIRC the undersea cave locked chests can get you to C+). If you're going that route though I would highly recommend being able to access the smuggler's pub before attempting to grind on locked chests in the area.
Use the built in cheats when playing Girl Life. Most things that annoy you can be turned off.

You can try Course of Temptation. It's probably the most similar to Degrees of Lewdity, but with a whole lot less trauma, and a lot more tame on the consent front. It's very good, though it is lacking some depth. Feels like they add new things to that game often, but don't expand on existing content enough.
Unfortunately the sex system last I played (a while ago tbh) was also one of the things that lacked depth there. Many options with little matter. And I get the type of inclusivity and all in on consent but I missed some reaction about how you look vs what you got down there like you can get in DoL.
