Bailey got the trait "Unforgiving" in this update, which (you guessed it) makes "Apologize" action useless. So no, you can't ask forgiveness and make them cum to avoid paying them anymore :sigh.
Well, you probably still can. The Feat for making Bailey cum is still there, after all. It'd probably require some incredible luck even with maxed Masochism and such in vanilla at least - one would have to be a punching bag long enough without going down while doing pink actions like holding your arm back until they calm down enough. Unless that is only now achievable if there is another event that results in a sexual encounter with Bailey where they don't start out Furious or similar.
Edit: Feat definitely still works. With DoLP, it's even more funny to do it if you've gotten your Footwork up to become a dodge master - Bailey will still be mostly Furious at the PC, but if you focused on Dodging and otherwise keep Pleading while having your hands behind your back, Bailey's arousal will build up from your meek actions until they orgasm and Feat get. Battle doesn't end if the PC themselves orgasmed during the fight, so with high Willpower as well, you could keep orgasming and recovering very quickly if Bailey isn't getting aroused from your behaviour quickly enough that the PC orgasms first.
In terms of Vanilla, maybe it'd require the Demon transformation and spamming Seduce while keeping your hands at your back to try to get Bailey to orgasm before your Pain meter maxes out.

How do you make a hamburger for Avery? I made the bread but I can't figure out how to get onion and tomato in the same place. Avery' mansion has tomato but the orphanage has onion. I don't seem to be able too just take them with me to the other location.

, Onions can be found and harvested in the Moor and Tomatoes can be found by exploring Connudatus Street(probably by exploring the markets) . You can also try checking if some other kitchens have both of them in stock...for eg-Soup Kitchen, School Kitchen,Alex etc.
Getting 'The Path to Redemption' Feat without passing out was quite a chore in itself, but it's best done without going too deep into the Demon TF. That's because to get this Feat, you have to have Demon TF and then lose enough Demon TF points until your Demonic Manifestation is 0 (Demonicness score of 5 or less). Demonicness only drops by 1 point a day when you are above 0 Purity, so at bare minimum Demon TF, this means deliberately taking the huge Stress+++ hit from the 'terrible light searing through you' for 25 days (you need a Demonicness score of 30 points to get Demon TF). If you had gone all in Demon TF to 100 points, it'd mean enjoy your 95 days of constantly passing out from Stress just to get this Feat.
While DoLP has more ways to deal with Stress, this is certainly doable as well in vanilla if you know how to plan ahead around this. For instance, if you were sleeping when Midnight struck while your Purity was above 0, you still get slammed with the massive Stress+++ hit, but because you were asleep, part of that Stress hit is negated into Trauma instead. From observation, this translates to about 80-82%-ish of your Stress bar (for my DoLP character, anyway; guestimates based off the bar itself with no real measurement involved. I have the DoLP setting that makes Willpower make the Stress bar bigger, but the Stress gain from the 'searing light' feels % based as my character always gained enough Stress to hit 100%+ Stress if they weren't asleep at Midnight but otherwise was always +80-82%-ish if asleep). This means that if you were asleep with your Stress bar at 17% or so or less on Midnight, you'll be able to 'tank' the huge Stress hit. The main challenge is that because you need your Purity to be above 0, it means that any sort of sex that causes Purity loss is no good at all - unless you are part of the Temple and have access to the Prayer Room to get Purity that way. So can still use sex as a way to recover Stress, but no sticking things in places or tribbing (lest the juices mingle and you're back to 0 Purity again).
At least for my character I had an easier time with getting that Feat because in DoLP, there's a Feat for getting the Demon TF as a virgin. So as a lewd virgin, I just constantly masturbated in the Temple to 0 Purity and maintained it to get Demon TF, but then ended up paid for my crimes of desecrating holy ground by Virgo's reproachful piercing laser glare later back to humanity, I suppose. It'd be nice if there was another Feat to go from (Virgin) Demon to Angel, but there is no such Feat in DoLP, I think.
In the case of Onions, they can only be obtained by growing them yourself if the kitchen doesn't have stock of them already, so Avery should start stocking it if you tell them that you were missing it.

For a reason like that, just cook something else. If you cook something Avery didn't request, you can tell them that you didn't cook what they requested because you were missing ingredient(s) and they'll start stocking it in their kitchen. But that only applies if it's not something you can buy from the Supermarket at the Shopping Centre - Avery will just give you money to buy from there instead. Note that Avery will still not like that you didn't cook what they wanted regardless.

So far the only named NPCs that can impregnate you are Black wolf, Alex, and Great Hawk. There is a toggle in pregnancy settings that will allow other named NPCs to impregnate you called "incomplete pregnancy content", but it is, as the name suggests, incomplete. There is a very robust wiki for this game that can offer you more details.

try with fertility pill.
Additionally, the bird of terror can also impregnate you.
Alex also has content, but I forgot if it's as the top or as the bottom.

I'd love if there were eventually a way to never have to visit the damn kids so I can FOCUS on one bit of content at a time. I mean, you can get a whole army of spawns if you go to the wolf's cave. It would be nice if there were an option to send your human offspring to be raised by the wolves
In gameplay setting there is pregnancy setting you can increase Base Player Pregnancy Chance to 1 to 4 also check if your fertility cycle in tick it might required the cycle of it too be able to get pregnant

Can more pregnancy content be updated in the future？
For example :
1.More ways of getting pregnant and interactions during pregnancy;
2.More ways to get mpreg;
3.Multiple birth;
4.More ways of giving birth;
5.More wild beasts are pregnant(for example: fox,horse,bear,lizard,dolphin…
(It would be best to update more beast nests or related interactive scenes));
6.A larger pregnant belly.
The above are just some suggestions,I hope they can be abopted as appropriate.
For example :

Is there a way to change the default home location? I got.. bought? by Avery so I got access to their mansion, but I kinda keep needing to go to the orphanage since all my cloths are there, is there a good way to move clothing or set the default home location to the mansion so I can just buy stuff?
There's a setting in gameplay options that allows all clothes to be accessed from any wardrobe/locker. You can find these options at the bottom of the screen when inside your room or other safehouse or when creating a new save. Currently i don't think you can specify where your clothes are delivered but the single shared wardrobe setting should solve your problem.
