Have you used gloryholes in this game actually? These are not your stereotypical punitive/corruptive contraptions you see in many porn games. Yes, you can spam handjobs, moving your mouth to a penis/vagina and pulling away, straddling/rubbing without fucking. You do not need penetrative sex to increase Promiscuity and orifice stats. A bit unrealistic if you ask me, but them's the laws of lewdity. As with Exhibitionism, remember to concentrate on the most daring acts to raise Promiscuity. So once on lv 3, spam lv 3 actions. Once on lv 4, spam lv 4 actions.
Deviancy works the same way as Promiscuity, only with animal/monster NPCs.

So the first time I played through this game a few months ago I made it past day 150 and... well things didn't really go so well. My characters second home was the asylum if that helps sum it up lol. I'm looking to get back into the game, but I'm now wise enough to ask for some pointers so my character doesn't end up hallucinating the Esoteric Order of Lewdity.

Always scream during day rape events to end them early unless you can fight them off or rob them or belittle them to get control back. You should also stay only until 20:59 since 21:00 = nighttime mode / no rescue for you
Worst case scenario for you is the one that tries to drag you into an alley in nighttime mode (can also happen in day) since even max physique only gives you 80% chance to escape...

Pepper Spray is really just a failsafe because it can get expensive to buy large amount of it. Athletics are always useful.
For the school subjects, I usually go for English and then History then Science then Math. English is particularly useful because it lets you use the "apologize" function which stops any further pain if it succeeds (which it always does at max english). History gives you the secret path in the forest which is insanely useful.
For the sex skills, things like hands and promiscuity are pretty good to level up early so you can get away with giving people handjobs voluntarily and not getting raped and fucked every which way.
