Could anyone let me know what engine is used to make this game and where I could use it myself?
The game is built with Twine and uses the Sugarcube framework.

I believe if a NPC's stat (such as Dominance) is at 0, it disappears from view until it goes above 0.
Just finished the Robin Crossdressing events ( along with getting its feat: Robin's Song ) and that was pretty interesting. I'm finding myself to like written sex scenes a lot ( instead of combat sex scenes ), and these events were overall great. Though there are some criticisms I'd like to share regarding this event
1. Some of the conditions to progress through the event are quite a wild goose chase, and I had to look through the code in order to see what to do because, while the events had a logical order of progression, nothing told you specifically what to do.
2. I guess this will be added further down the road and fleshed out, but Robin can still be shown as uncomfortable wearing the opposite gender's clothes during Winter's class.
3. A criticism which may have been told again and again, but the fact this quest starts after the 25th December and can be initiated only if you've gifted Robin clothes of the opposite gender during either Halloween or Christmas, means older saves have to play a whole 300+ days in order to get to this event ( and new saves have to play +100 days to get to the start ).
For those who haven't gotten the achievement yet and would like to get it, here are the events step-by-step :

You have an angel / demon tf? I think I have on my main and her eyes had a different heterochromia variation.

Yes, actually. I have the angel and cat transformations. Are the transformations related to heterochromia? Come to think of it, that would make a kind of sense. I get the gold eye like a cat, and I guess the aquamarine eye looks angellic. It would be really freaky if the gold eye had slit irises. On the other hand the criminal name "GoldenEye" sounds much cooler than "Milky" does.

I don't believe the game has this option anymore. There is definitely no option like that currently in the Options menu. I remember when this option initially came about that it was not actually approved to be in the game, and that it was quickly removed.

What are the requirements to trigger Whitney's Halloween event? Besides getting to 10/31 in-game?

I don't think there's anything else, I wanted to trigger Kylar or Robin's event and I got Whitney's instead so I've no idea.

I had two ideas, and I don't know if they've already been considered or not but I'll share them anyways.
1. Some kind of ghost transformation: I had this idea because of my first encounter with the Ivory Wraith. I think it'd be kind of cool, to have some kind of spirit transformation that gives the character the ability to do things like possession (for mischief, persuasion, seduction, etc.), but a great aversion to the likes of the church that causes pain to be near.
2. A sanity/yandere stat: This was inspired by Kylar's halloween event where you can pretend to have gone crazy from drinking the love potion. Some kind of new stat or mode or playstyle that can let you be much more unhinged. Maybe it could be related to trauma. The player could become less susceptible to things like pain and fatigue, but more to things like drugs and hallucinogens, and maybe the more unhinged they are, the more "aggressive" they are towards love interests in a way that could even disturb or cause concern in those interests.

1. I don't think this will be a good one since you'll pretty much kill the grades / school system and that's way too easy to cheese.
2. If this will make combat easier because of our unhinged state, taking more pain and dealing more damage because of our insanity plus unique dialogue lines? Then yes, I'm down for that.
